Return & Refund Policy

Our focus is to provide customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to return the product and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

Cancellation/Return Policy

For Order Cancellation/Return, please login your account and visit order history tab. Your can easily request for order cancellation/return/refund for that particular order. For any specific request, please drop a mail at support@greennesthomedecor.com
Please note : Customer can raise return request within 3 days of product delivery.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide the best product for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Refunds will be issued to the same account, from which the payment has been received, subject to approval.

Please note: All return requests will be approved and amount will be refunded, once the original product is returned back and examined by us.
Returned product should be dully packed and returned by customer in original packaging as the products we sell are fragile in nature.
